- Where do the dates come from?
- SAM.gov renewal dates come from SAM.gov data for the UEI you enter. SDVOSB/VOSB recertification and material-change deadlines are calculated from dates you enter: 3 years from the certification date, and 30 days from the date of a material change.
- Does HourGlass file anything with SAM.gov or the SBA?
- No. HourGlass only tracks dates and sends reminders. Your clients (or you, on their behalf) still renew and recertify on the official sites. Registering in SAM.gov is always free.
- Can I put the deadlines on my own calendar?
- Yes. Every account has a private calendar feed (.ics) you can subscribe to from Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
